Aubaine launches in Selfridges

After great success in London, the Aubaine restaurant chain has branched out to Manchester, bringing its quality French cuisine to Selfridges Exchange Square.

Aubaine operates two restaurants in Selfridges: Le Restaurant situated on the 2nd floor and Le Café, a smaller outlet located on the lower floor. 

Le Restaurant features a lounge area unique to the brand and the menu includes a mix of cuisine from Lobster Linguine to Pigs Cheeks with Dijon Mustard while also serving a selection of cocktails. Le Café offers a varied menu from croissants and pastries to bleu cheese salad.
