Chester Zoo

A great day out for any group!

Every visit to Chester Zoo is a unique and exciting experience. The UK's number one Zoo, close to the historic city of Chester, is set in 110 acres of award-winning gardens. In this spectacular setting are over 7000 animals - more than 400 species of rare, exotic and endangered wildlife. They have created world class exhibits, which provide excellent welfare for the animals and an engaging experience for the 1.4 million visitors per year. Group organisers can save when they book for 15 people or more. Groups of 20 or more paying in advance will also be given a free place. What's more, pre-paid visitors also receive fast track admission.
Why not can hire a tour guide and be shown around the zoo for a 90 minute tour costing £40 per group of 20. With a personal guide, tours can be tailored the to suit interests and pace of your group.
Chester Zoo is open daily from 10am and less than one hour's drive from Manchester and Liverpool. Free coach parking and groups' admission entrance is open during peak periods.
As an all-weather attraction with over ten indoor animal enclosures, group organisers are welcome to organise a pre-visit to the zoo free of charge to discuss and plan their group's visit.
