Nobody mentions the CONSTANT breakdowns and delays. Is a joke of a system. Says so much about our London-centric government. 9 out of every 10 Pounds, spent on transport, spent in Greater London/SE we are told!! Staff generally very rude and unhelpful too! Trams often full of litter. Pretty much the norm, in this place. European city aspirations, but too many dirty chavs who can not care less!

Actually Metrolink is great if it's going where you're going, and I use it a lot. DON'T get on without buying a ticket, though, even if the ticket machines are broken, as you can't buy on the tram and penalty fares are... well, let's say, priced to deter. A policy fair to both users and system operator has yet to be devised...
