a cookery demonstration marquee with free and ticketed events.
The following celebrity TV chefs will be doing three cookery demonstrations:
Saturday 28th August - The Hairy Bikers
Sunday 29th August - Gino D'Acampo
Monday 30th August - James Martin
There will also be a free speciality market in Victoria Square in Bolton town centre during the festival, with over 70 stalls on each day and free entertainment including music and street theatre.
