Bury FC is Bury's local football club, currently playing in Division 3 of football league. Founded in 1885 and known locally as 'The Shakers' the club plays all its home games at Gigg Lane, Bury. The ground is also home to Swinton RLFC and Manchester United Reserves play their home games here.
