Vermilion & Cinnabar is a huge 3 storey Asian Wonderland that includes a Restaurant, Cocktail Lounge, Club, Events Hall and Art Gallery; its unique décor, electric ambience, attention to detail and the Restaurant’s exquisite Thai & Indian cuisine and made Vermilion & Cinnabar a landmark for Manchester, receiving amazing reviews from Wallpaper magazine, The Guardian, Tim Burton, Tatler, David Cameron, Arena Magazine and GQ.
Vermilion is owned by one of the world’s leading seafood companies; Seamark Group, therefore they choose only fresh and high quality ingredients to create the exquisite Thai and Indian Cuisine. With the kitchen designed by Ken Winch of Buckingham Palace and Thailand’s most well respected chefs, Vermilion Restaurant prime responsibility is to make sure it creates the most delectable and beautiful cuisine. Vermilion also includes its own walk in wine cellar, 2 private rooms, one being the Maharaja Room, with a huge handcrafted lazy susan table.
Cinnabar has held Manchester’s most style driven parties such as Fashion TV, Hermes and Louis Vuitton, providing guests with a kaleidoscophic fantasy world of futuristic art, culture and sound. Cinnabar’s main appeal is its futuristic design, its leftfield synth pop music, the glamour / hipster chic crowd and the 6 cocoon shaped pods dotted around the Cinnabar, each with its own beds and personal waiters (cocoon names: Futura, Angels & Airwaves, Crystal Castles, Daft Punk, 1984, Akira).
Abacus Gallery is the private function room of Vermilion & Cinnabar and includes a capacity of 100 people seating, sit down, buffet, and canapé option. Past functions include private parties such as birthdays to a variety of corporate functions e.g. conservative / labour party conference, Manchester United and Manchester City, HSBC, KPMG, Issey Miyaki, Coca Cola, Molton Brown, Emporio Armani, Toni & Guy, Orange, Gorvins etc.
