The Fitzgerald

Wander down a Northern Quarter side street and you might just stumble on the elusive Fitzgerald cocktail bar. A secret den renowned for its flapper-attired bar staff and fruity concoctions, this private members’ club (don’t worry, the membership is free!) is a hidden gem well worth routing out.

Under New Management

Even when you've got directions this place is hard to find, but once you do find it, you're welcomed into a fun hub of low red lighting, leather seating and tasty experimental cocktails with an urban vibe.

The Milton Club

Less of a secret location, but more of a hidden nugget of Manchester’s buzzing scene, the Milton Club is an exclusive but otherwise unassuming bar located in the opulent Milton Hall. Only found if you know it’s there, the bar is stylish, lavish, and well stocked with premium spirits and wines.

Dusk til Pawn

As far as secret bars go, Dusk til Pawn takes it to a whole other level. Disguised as a clutter-heavy pawn shop from the outside, those in the know step through the doors to find a speakeasy-styled drinking den boasting wacky cocktails, jukebox tunes and a unique vintage vibe.

The Liquor Store

Located just off Deansgate, The Liquor Store is a tucked-away basement bar serving up cocktails all throughout the day until the early morning. Los Angeles themed with neon signs and vintage touches, the bar has a quirky décor and pays homage to home-grown musical talent, with a selection of musical-based cocktails on offer.
