Lee Frost says “All our meat is sourced locally from local livestock markets supplied by independent farms around Cheshire. So we support the local economy. Nothing is delivered to us unseen; it’s all carefully handpicked by Jack who chooses the best on offer. Not many butchers go to such detail. There is also less packaging and food miles.”
The meat is sourced from farms in and around Cheshire and the North West. As well as top quality beef, lamb, chicken, pork and the handmade sausages, there’s venison chorizo, oxtail, game, serrano ham, pickles, duck eggs and cheeses such as Burt's Blue from Altrincham.
While there feel free to ask one of the friendly butchers to suggest meat or cooking techniques.
