Cachumba is all about enjoying food in a relaxed informal atmosphere where friends can share dishes and sample the exotic flavours as they would be in their countries of origin.
Cachumba opened in 1993 with the concept of creating wholesome, homely food cooked freshly at a reasonable price.
Countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand and Africa were visited to bring fresh ideas and unusual recipes. Each dish is authentically prepared with freshly ground spices and herbs as it would be in its native land and creates the unique flavours of the region.
