The UK has over 2000 miles of navigable waterways dating back to the 1800’s. Once the UK’s cargo carrying network, today these scenic backwaters have been revived and there are now more leisure boats on the canal than were ever used during its working life.
Wandering Duck is a unique canal boat experience. Unlike traditional hire boats, Wandering Duck is a hosted experience of 2-3 nights. They do the cooking and take care of the boat and you relax and enjoy the scenery. Help out with locks, brew a round of drinks, have a go at steering, or sit back and relax.
Wandering Duck is the only budget canal boat experience of its kind in the UK.
