Turn up and take part in free fitness classes in Piccadilly Garden this summer.
From 4 May – 15 June turn-up and take part in a range of hour-long classes each week at lunchtime, after work and at the weekend.
The work-out classes will be run by expert trainers in a range of popular activities including Kettlebells, Zumba and Yoga. There will also be regular legs, bums and tums, parkfit and bootcamp sessions.
To kick-off the Piccfit programme on Friday 4 May there will be a taster event from 11am – 4pm where you can meet the instructors and try out the sessions.
Any equipment need will be provided. Suitable clothing should be worn but unfortunately there will be no changing facilities so those wishing to join in must come dressed ready to work-out. Booking is not necessary.
