Dining here is an exceptional experience. After an aperitif in the Lounge Bar guests will be taken into the award-winning and three AA rosette-rated Alderley Restaurant - a light and airy conservatory with splendid surrounding views.
Its AA rating puts it among the top 10 per cent of restaurants in the country. Head Chef, Chris Holland’s a la carte menu, supported by an extensive wine list, offers the opportunity to enjoy truly sumptuous fine dining, including innovative 'sous vide' specialities, and tables are available to seat from one person up to 25.
The Alderley recommend the Gourmet Tasting Menu - a six-course sampler of small, light dishes that demonstrate the exceptional breadth and variety of the restaurant cuisine.
Through-the-day service in the adjoining Lounge Bar is from 10am into the evening, Monday to Saturday, for people who want morning coffee and afternoon snacks, light meals and traditional classic dishes.
Everything at Alderley Edge Hotel is prepared on-site using fresh produce from local suppliers, from the bread at the table to the biscuits with morning coffee.
