Very much the heart of the hotel the Glasshouse is open for breakfast, lunch and dining in the evening. The impressive design of the Glasshouse Restaurant blends magnificent space, angular lines, mirrors and coloured glass with intimate rounded leather booths.
The head chef Karl Bittner uses classical flavours, contemporary ideas and a passion for local produce in his menus and dishes. He works closely with quality suppliers to create new exciting dishes to generate a traditional and regional signature.
The Crowne Plaza Manchester also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people suited on the mezzanine level directly above the Glasshouse Restaurant & Bar with wide glass windows making it intimate and ideal for business or social events.
