Ning is a Malaysian restaurant and cookery school based in Manchester’s bustling Northern Quarter.
Co-owned by Norman Musa who was nominated for Manchester’s Chef of the Year 2009 and who brings his own innovative ideas and contemporary style to his native Malaysian food, fusing the best of Western quality and presentation style with authentic, home-cooked cuisine from across South East Asia.
