Beer Nouveau is an experimental micro-brewery based in Manchester City Centre focusing on combining old recipes with new ingredients and techniques. Starting as England's smallest commercial brewery, Beer Nouveau is committed to environmentally friendly operations.

As well as operating at a number of pop-up events, Beer Nouveau also open a brewery tap every Friday 4pm - 10:30pm and every Saturday from noon until 10:30pm.
