Mana opened it’s doors in Ancoats back in 2018, becoming Manchester’s first Michelin Star restaurant in over 40 years! And the place has easily held on to its Michelin star title ever since.

Mana offers a surprise multi-course menu that has an emphasis on seafood. Dishes are made using the finest seafood, beef and vegetables which are locally sourced from the Isles.

Whilst most of the seafood and produce is locally sourced, the flavours and method of cooking within Martin’s dishes have been influenced by his worldwide travels and experiences. Fermentation is one of three key cooking methods at mana, producing their very own vinegars, kombucha, miso, garum etc.

Powerful, original flavours which are precisely well-balanced and thoughtfully paired with wine to complement each dish. The stylish and bright interior also offers a calm ambience.
