Sharks of the Caribbean is a summer celebration of all things movie and film, running from 22 July - 3 September at the Blue Planet Aquarium.

There will be a movie trail where children are able to find famous character's names in front of the real life creatures that inspire the characters. Catch the Flotsam and Jetsam eels, and in front of the tortoise enclosure you will also find the names of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Make sure you looks out for the film clapperboard hidden around the Aquarium - note down the location and tell reception for a chance to win a family return visit!

The special weekends we have planned are as follows:

4 - 7 August: Pirate Weekend

Think pirate dress, flags, bunting, and plenty of Pirates of the Carribean style music!

18 - 21 August: Beach Weekend

Four dats of beach fun, whatever the weather! There will be giant inflatables, lilos a-plenty, wind breakers, rainbow decorations, and summer clothing.

25 - 27 August: Awards Weekend

This will be the perfect ending to the main holiday events. We've spent the summer celebrating our favourite film characters, and now the cast and staff will be receiving awards. As usual, the most electrifying performance will have to go ot the electric eels...
