• Start your day at Deansgate to soak up the stunning neo-gothic architecture of John Ryland’s library, a real hidden gem.
• Walk down to St Peter’s Square and take a stroll around Manchester Art Gallery.
• Catch the tram one stop to Deansgate-Castlefield and walk to the Museum Of Science and Industry to learn about Manchester’s role in the Industrial Revolution.
• Head up to Exchange Square by catching a Rochdale tram and enjoy a bite to eat in the impressive Edwardian surrounds of The Corn Exchange.
• Take the tram back to St Peter’s Square and change for a Media City tram, cross the bridge over the quays to the Imperial War Museum North.
• Finish your day off with a trip to The Lowry to catch a show (pre booking required), but before head to Lime and enjoy a 2 course pre theatre menu for just £15.95, (including a glass of prosecco or large wine) when you show your Metrolink ticket.
