McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks will kick off the festive season on Thursday 1st November. The centre will host their biggest ever discount event, with key Christmas gifts available for one day only at 70% off the RRP. On Wednesday 7th November guests will have a treat for the eyes and the ears as they enjoy live performances and an explosive musical firework display to celebrate the tree lighting. Late Night Shopping

Enjoy additional savings on outlet prices for 1 day only, as the centre launches their Christmas late night shopping hours. Open from 9am – 10pm, the store will offer selected lines at 70% off the RRP and additional discounts of up 20% off outlet prices across their stores for one day only! Plus there will be live entertainment through-out the day to keep shoppers entertained.

Christmas Tree Lighting

Join Leanne and Dave from the Radio City Breakfast Show from 6:00pm as McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks gear up to switch on 100,000 twinkling lights across the centre. Carrot Productions will bring to life a screening of the iconic Christmas film; The Snowman with a live orchestra, performing at 7pm with a 30 minute live performance. Regional theatre school The Hammond will perform carols beforehand (6.30pm – 7pm). Firework champions Blitz will commence the official switch-on at 7:30pm with an explosive 8 minute musical firework display to light up the centre with a bang. With Europe’s largest walk-in artificial tree standing as tall as seven buses, the centre will be lit up for all to see. It is sure to be a dazzling evening, not to be missed.

Christmas Corner

For those laden with Christmas goodies, head to the Christmas Corner accessible via the magical archways at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks. The Après themed bar will be decked and decorated in traditional style, ideal for those looking to warm up with mouth-watering food and warming winter drinks. The Christmas Corner will host a carousel, a German bar selling beers and gluhwein, festive swing grill and the Cheshire Cheese & Wine Company. For those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth, hot chocolate, crepes and pick ‘n’ mix will all be available.

Breakfast with Santa at Café Rouge

It’s not just mince pies Santa is eating this Christmas, on selected December dates throughout the festive season the man himself will be visiting Café Rouge for breakfast. Children dining at the restaurant with a paying adult on these dates will receive a complimentary breakfast, as well as a chocolate treat. They will also be entertained with arts and crafts and most importantly get to give Santa their Christmas wish list.

Charity Partnership

This year, Cheshire Oaks will be supporting Autism Together over the festive season. The centre’s renowned walk-in Christmas tree will be staffed by local volunteers and although entrance is free, a recommended donation of £1 is suggested to support the charity’s fantastic work.

Festive Opening Hours

From the 1st November shoppers can enjoy late night shopping as the centre stays open until 9pm on weeknights, extending until 10pm from December. The festivities continue inside the centre, where there are over 145 premium, high street and designer brands for great gifts and festive fashion, all of which up to 60% less than the RRP.
