Spring has sprung at Three Little Words, Manchester’s independent, premium cocktail bar and restaurant, and it’s celebrating with an all-new, but just as delicious, food menu.

From Monday 9th March, visitors will be spoilt for choice with a new internationally inspired food menu that features everything from beautiful brunch dishes, to mouth-watering large and small plates and, for the very first time, a scrumptious set menu.

Mid-week dining never looked so good. New to Three Little Words, visitors can now dine from a delicious Spring Set Menu. Enjoy two spring-inspired courses for £15 or three courses for £20 every Monday to Friday between 12pm-7pm. Select from four tasty small plates, four luxurious large plates and three delicious desserts, including Three Little Words’ legendary sticky toffee pudding, to create the perfect treat. Plus, add on an additional side for an indulgent, mid-week fix.

Crafted to pair perfectly with the bar’s impressive cocktail menu, these fresh and flavoursome plates are sure to put a spring any diner’s step.

From crispy chicken served with chilli tahini and lime (£8), to mussels paired with white wine, nduja, butter, parsley, chives and ciabatta (£7.50), Three Little Words’ delicious new small plates work perfectly as amazing appetisers or scrumptious side dishes. With no shortage of vegan options, visitors can also indulge on Asian inspired noodles topped with soy mushrooms, chilli and sesame (£7).

The flavours continue to flow through the menu’s large plates. For a zesty feast, try creamy coconut dhal paired with crispy tofu, spring greens and lemon grass (£13.50), or try the succulent sirloin on the bone with bone marrow and gravy for a rich and decadent dinner (£22).

With the lure of sun on its way, Three Little Words’ new salads are the perfect springtime dish. From tender smoked salmon with lemon crème fraiche (£12.50), to vegan friendly pea, radish, apple and courgette salad topped with fennel and elderflower (£9.50), these seasonal salads burst with flavour.

Early birds can enjoy an all-new brunch selection too. With four new dishes to choose from, including baked eggs and a double pastrami reuban, the menu will keep visitors coming back for more. Want to make it a boozy? Pay £15 to add three selected cocktails to any brunch dish.

On the new menu, Head Chef Jimmy Car said, “This is a more global menu than our previous one, with each dish taking inspiration from around the world. We've worked really hard with the younger chefs in the kitchen to get them to bring their ideas to the menu, to understand seasonality and core ingredients, touching on the classics as well as what's new. We’re really excited to showcase it and have catered for all, with some amazing veggie, vegan and gluten free options available.”

Manchester Gin Co-Founder and Master Distiller, Seb Heeley, said: “Really good food is as much a passion of ours as gin is. To get the best flavours, you’ve got to use seasonal produce, so we take each new season as an opportunity to bring in some bright new flavours. On this menu you can expect gorgeous new dishes – but we’ve kept some old favourites like our signature sticky toffee pudding and the crowd-pleasing crispy cauliflower stems.”
