You are invited to join Santa for a Christmas bedtime story as he helps Victoria Baths with a very special event on Friday 18 December, which the whole family can take part in on Zoom.

Live from the North Pole, Santa’s going to be reading a bedtime story, so get the scene set with your fire glowing, your tree trimmed and your fairy lights sparkling and he’ll join you in your living room.  Get your pyjamas and Santa hats on, and hot chocolates at the ready, and snuggle down for what promises to be an enchanting pre-bedtime event.

Santa will “pop down the Zoom chimney” at 7.00pm and will have to leave at 8.00pm.  As well as reading a story, he’s hoping to have time to say hello to some of the children who are watching before he has to rush off to complete final preparations with his Elves ahead of Christmas Eve.

The event will be a festive treat at the end of a year when it’s not been possible for anyone to make the most of the events planned to take place at Manchester’s Grade II* listed Victoria Baths.  Bedtime Story with Santa will take place on Zoom and is free, but with a suggested minimum donation of £5 per household.  Victoria Baths Trust is a registered charity, and with Santa giving his time for free, all funds raised will go towards keeping this beautiful building open for everyone to enjoy. Only one ticket per household is needed, with bookings via www.bedtimestorywithsanta.eventbrite.co.uk  Places are limited so an early booking is recommended.
