Manchester’s ultimate dining destination, Corn Exchange, will see all its resident brands reopen with space for socialising with friends and family as the next stage of the government roadmap for ending lockdown is activated on 17th May.

The site’s full, fabulous offering of hospitality and leisure brands can now provide indoor wining, dining and entertainment for groups of up to six, as well as opening up its hotel accommodation for staycations and guests from further afield. So, whether you’re sharing a bite, catching up over a cocktail or letting loose via some holiday fun, the Corn Exchange Manchester has something for you.

DONER HAUS

Take a bite out of Berlin, without a trip overseas, via the authentically German menu offered at Doner Haus. The team is ready for indoor bookings and as ever, the most genuine Berlin döner, currywurst, beers and cocktails are amongst options guests can enjoy.

DELHI HOUSE CAFÉ

The latest addition to the Corn Exchange family, Delhi House Café brings the streets of Delhi into the heart of Manchester with its café-meets-restaurant style cuisine. With a modern take on classic Indian street dishes, and a whole host of vibrant cocktails to enjoy, don’t miss out on coming to try this unique dining experience. The restaurant is welcoming walk-ins and is also now serving a comfort food menu from its new patio space overlooking Cathedral Gardens.

MOWGLI

Enjoy the smash and grab zing of healthy, light, virtuosic herbs and spices at Mowgli, which has a huge menu of street food, tiffin and hearty dishes. The vibrant, Indian eatery is taking indoor and outdoor bookings, as well as maintaining availability for walk-in guests.

While visiting Vietnam may still be out of the question, Asian food fans can enjoy the country’s vibrant cuisine via a trip to Pho, where Vietnamese-style street food abounds. Indoor and outdoor guests can take advantage of a menu featuring taste sensations including spring and summer rolls, salads, wok-fried noodles and curries; while for liquid refreshment, choose from options including carefully selected wines and imported bottled beers.

TAMPOPO

Tampopo recreates the flavours and aromas traditionally found at the eternally bustling street-markets of Bangkok and Hanoi, the hawker stalls of Singapore and the noodle vendors of Tokyo. And just like in kitchens across East Asia, all sauces, stocks and everything else is made on-site every day from the freshest market produce for guests to enjoy inside and out this summer.

BANYAN

One of the city’s most loved outdoor drinking spots, Banyan is now ready to welcome the people of Manchester indoors too.
