1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Marketing Manchester, Trafford Centre, or Clayton Hotels, their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2. How to Enter: To enter the competition, entrants must complete the official entry form on the Visit Manchester website. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Competition Period: The competition closes at midnight on Wednesday 18th June 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. The Prize: The prize consists of a £250 JD voucher to spend in store at the Trafford Centre and an overnight stay at Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre. The prize package includes:
4.1 A JD Voucher worth the value of £250 to spend at The Trafford Centre. The prize is not negotiable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash.
4.2 An overnight stay at Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre. The voucher is valid for one year from the date noted above in Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre (subject to complimentary voucher availability and excluding specific event dates and bank holiday weekends).
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received within the competition period.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 3 working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
7. Prize Acceptance: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. No substitutions are allowed, except at the discretion of Marketing Manchester, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
8. Travel and Expenses: The prize does not include travel to and from any venue, or any other expenses incurred during the stay, other than those expressly stated in the prize description.
9. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. See Marketing Manchester's privacy policy for further details.
10. General: Marketing Manchester reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to cancel the competition if deemed necessary. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
