Visit Manchester - MediaCity X The Quays Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Visit Manchester, MediaCityUK, The Lowry, Holiday Inn MediaCity, Unagi, VUE Cinema Quayside, and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
How to Enter: To enter the competition, entrants must complete the official entry form on the Visit Manchester website. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition Period: The competition closes at 11am on Wednesday 4th December 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
The Prize: The prize consists of one MediaCity X The Quays bumper prize package for two people to enjoy during the weekend of Lightwaves Salford (5th-8th December). The prize package includes:
Access to Lightwaves Salford, a mesmerizing immersive experience presented by Quays Culture, which includes 14 artworks of different scales using light, sound and technology, with Monad as the centrepiece.
Two tickets to the 2:30 pm showing of Come From Away at The Lowry on Saturday, December 7th, 2024. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative performance or date.
One night's accommodation for two people sharing a double bedroom at the Holiday Inn MediaCity, including breakfast. The stay is valid for Saturday, December 7th, 2024 only.
A meal for two at Unagi restaurant.
Two tickets to a film of choice at VUE Cinema Quayside. Tickets are subject to availability and must be redeemed directly at the cinema.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received within the competition period.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 1 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Prize Acceptance: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. No substitutions are allowed, except at the discretion of Visit Manchester, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
Travel and Expenses: The prize does not include travel to and from MediaCityUK, Salford, or any other expenses incurred during the stay, other than those expressly stated in the prize description.
Data Protection: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. See Visit Manchester's privacy policy for further details.
General: Visit Manchester reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to cancel the competition if deemed necessary. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
