Terms and Conditions for Marketing Manchester's "Game ON! and Hawksmoor" Competition

1. Eligibility
   - This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
   - Employees of Marketing Manchester, The Hallé, Hawksmoor, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period
   - The competition closes on January 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

3. How to Enter
   - Like the competition post on Marketing Manchester's Facebook page.
   - Comment on the post with your favourite video game soundtrack.
   - Tag a friend you'd like to share the experience with.
   - Limit one entry per person.

4. Prize Details
   - Two (2) tickets to The Hallé's performance of "Game ON!" on February 1, 2025, at The Bridgewater Hall.
   - Dinner for two (2) at Hawksmoor Manchester.

5. The Hallé Prize Specifics
   - Tickets are subject to availability.
   - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   - The Hallé reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

6. Hawksmoor Prize Specifics
   - Table reservation at 4:30 PM on the agreed date.
   - Valid for up to 2 guests.
   - Total value up to £150, applicable to both food and beverages.
   - Any unused portion of the £150 value will not be given as change or rolled over.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
   - One winner will be randomly selected on January 26, 2025.
   - The winner will be notified via Facebook private message within 24 hours of the selection.
   - The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or a new winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
   - By entering this competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.
   - Your data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR and Marketing Manchester's Privacy Policy.
   - Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of this competition unless you explicitly opt-in to receive further marketing communications.
   - You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Marketing Manchester.

10. General
    - Marketing Manchester reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
    - The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
    - By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. Data Retention
    - Personal data of entrants will be retained for 30 days after the competition ends, after which it will be securely deleted unless explicit consent for further use has been given.
