Start the day by hopping on the Metrolink at Eccles and travelling to MediaCityUK. Head to The Lowry to check out The Lowry Galleries and see the changing exhibitions by one of Britain's best loved artists, LS Lowry, as well as paintings, sculpture and photography from around the world.
Head over the water to see the Imperial War Museum North, or browse the shops at the Lowry Outlet. Take a walk along the Quays and take in the beautiful surroundings, or stop for a bite to eat at The Botanist before jumping on the tram to St Peter's Square.
Take the short walk to Manchester Art Gallery and browse one of the country's finest art collections in spectacular Victorian and contemporary surroundings, or marvel at the incredible architecture of Central Library. Finally, enjoy an impeccable fine dining experience at The French at the Midland or head to Albert Square Chophouse for some quintessentially British cuisine.
