Set in 1,000 acres of beautiful open Parkland the former Egerton family home is regarded as one of the most complete historic estates in the country and is open for you to explore. As well as seeing life above and below stairs in the Mansion, visitors can uncover centuries of history at the Tudor Old Hall. They can wander at leisure through the impressive formal Gardens and take the family to meet the rare breed animals at the working Farm. In the Stableyard there are high quality shops and restaurants, while the Parkland provides the setting for picnics, cycling, sailing, horse riding or a relaxing country walk. There are over 100 events each year at Tatton, ranging from major festivals and fairs to family shows and learning activities.
Stableyard shopping and dining includes several shops and a quality restaurant specialising in fresh local produce and a new Gardener's Cottage tea room which combine to make Tatton Park a perfect day out.
Tatton Park welcomes groups of all ages and interests who enjoy discounted entry to the attractions and free coach entry.
