Welcome to The Spirit of Manchester Distillery, the home to award-winning Manchester Gin, Manchester Spirit Vodka and One-Eyed Rebel.

Here you can explore the art of distillation in our state-of-the-art distillery where every bottle of our spirits is lovingly made. Our home in the heart of Manchester is in six lovingly restored Grade-II* listed railway arches. Set just off Deansgate, we’re the perfect place to while away a few hours with our distillery tours, gin tastings, gin making experiences and gorgeous adjoining cocktail bar.

Our interactive experiences combine our passion for spirits production with an internationally recognised expertise to show you the very best of gin, vodka and rum. With sessions from one hours for £25 to 2.5 hours for £85, we’ve got something to suit everyone, however long you’re in the city for.

Join our 1,000-litre still, Wonder Wend, who sits pride of place in our beautiful arches, where you can see what’s being distilled each day and chat to our distillers about the processes behind each spirit.

After your experience, cosy up in Three Little Words, our cocktail bar and kitchen serving perfect G&Ts, creative cocktails and delicious small plates.
