Hawksmoor Classics Menu
Hailed as one of UK's best restaurants and cocktail bars, Hawksmoor turned ten years old this June. To mark the anniversary as well as celebrate the dishes, drinks and the people central to Hawksmoor's first decade, the Hawksmoor Classics Menu launched at the Manchester restaurant on Monday 23 May.
Created by Richard Turner and Mitch Tonks (Executive and Consultant Chef respectively) with drinks pairings by Fiona Beckett (Guardian wine columnist and Hawksmoor co-owner Will's mum), the menu is available for lunch and dinner priced at £70 per person or £110 including drinks.
Consisting of six courses, with signature dishes including Tamworth Belly Ribs and different cuts of steak, cocktails, select wines and Hawksmoor's own limited edition Clerk of the Works whisky (a 16-year old single cask single malt bottled exclusively for Hawksmoor at Speyside distillery Craggenmore), the Classics Menu is the ultimate Hawksmoor feast and an unmissable experience.
