Kantina is an opportunity to (finally) come together and celebrate the joy of food, in all of its depth and diversity. A feast for the city.

The Kantina Weekender will showcase the culinary talent at Escape to Freight Island while introducing some of the UK's most prestigious cooks, cocktail makers, the world's best brewers, and local food heroes, those that push boundaries and whom we believe deserve a seat at our table and a place in our city.

The line-up has been curated with a passion for incredible food, craft-beers, new-world wines and liquors. Expect next level food and drink collaborations as well as live entertainment, exclusive talks on stage, satellite events and wine tasting. A guaranteed feast for all.

The charity partner for Kantina Weekender will be Eat Well - a Manchester collective made up of hospitality professionals and volunteers from all sectors delivering meals to people facing challenging circumstances in the Great Manchester area.
