Sleeps 5 - Fifth bed is a top quality fold down in master bedroom with memory foam mattress. Access is via a farm lane/bridle path which can be bumpy. 

This cottage is located on a farm and surrounded by horse fields and fabulous views in 3 directions. Offering open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with french windows opening onto stone patio space with garden. There is no washing machine in the house but service washes can be arranged with notice. Two settees, oak coffee table with Smart TV and Wifi in the lounge. Master bedroom contains king size bed and top quality fold down for 5th person with memory foam mattress - please advise if you need this bed. Second bedroom can be set up as two x single beds or one super king bed - please advise. Bathroom offers both a bath and a shower cubicle.Guests have access to the patio area and garden allocated to the cottage. Shared private car park for the Bank Top Barn Cottages.
