An old warehouse dating back to 1844, lovingly restored with beautiful original features throughout. Sitting on the banks of the River Irwell, the Marriott Victoria and Albert Hotel is a Grade II listed building ideally located in the city centres newest neighbourhood, St John’s, opposite The Factory Theatre, home to the International Festival and adjacent to Spinningfields Central business District
The Victoria and Albert Hotel offers 8 dedicated and individual meeting and event rooms accommodating intimate private dinners, 1 to 1 meeting to dinners for 240. All rooms offer modern facilities, free Wi-Fi and integrated AV to help your meeting runs successfully. All meeting rooms are located on the ground floor of the hotel. With flexible Delegate and accommodation packages available the Victoria and Albert work closely with our valued guests to meet your exacting standards.
Our 148 bedrooms are all unique and individual offering modern comforts in a range of Double and King bedded rooms, with interconnecting, accessible and family rooms for individual travellers, groups, tours and teams.
The hotel is only 8 miles from Manchester International Airport, 5-minute walk from St Peters Square and Deansgate Tram Stations to connect you across Greater Manchester and key transportation hubs.

From: M602, J3, 0.5 miles (0.8 km) Directions: From the M602 - take the right-hand lane, signposted the A57. Continue through the lights onto Regent Road, for approximately one mile passing Sainsbury's on the left. At the second set of traffic lights (Harry Ramsdens should be situated on the right) turn left onto the Ring Road and immediately right onto Water Street. Drive down Water Street, passing under the bridge, and you will see the hotel situated on the left-hand side.
