Top o'th Fold is a beautiful stone building located near Denshaw in 40 acres of its own grounds with magnificent views across Saddleworth Moors.

The property consists of 3 individual, fully self-contained cottages. Two of these cottages are available for long or short term lettings - we live in the other.

The cottages have an enviable position situated in Denshaw which is located on the edge of Saddleworth Moor and on the borders of Lancashire and Yorkshire. Despite the idyllic countryside location, it is within easy reach of the motorway network thus making the region's major towns,  cities and tourist attractions easily reachable.

Acorn Cottage
End Cottage. We live here together with our three very friendly dogs - Jack, Twig and Silki, and Jasmine, our palomino horse, just up the road in her stables.

Squirrel Cottage
Middle cottage. Available for long or short term let - fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bath & shower and gas central heating.

Owl Cottage
End Cottage. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, with a lovely fitted dining kitchen, beautiful comfy TV/sitting room with pine ceilings. Two lovely double bedrooms, one with extra single bed. Spacious bathroom with shower facilities. The cottage is cosy and warm with full gas central heating. There is ample private secure parking available. Bedding, linen, towels etc are all provided.

We also have another cottage to let, Home Cottage, which is superbly situated in the centre of Denshaw village next to a cosy restaurant/pub !!
