A cooking network based in Chorlton that focuses on teaching people how to cook delicious, healthy, seasonal food from scratch, on a budget. With affordable evening and weekend cooking sessions available at Chorlton high school including Lebanese Mezze, vegetarian Punjabi, Japanese and bread making. 

The Cheshire Cookery School

Catering for all levels from those who can't boil an egg, to rising culinary stars. Based at a state-of-the art studio in Altrincham with day and evening courses available. Classes cover everything from sushi making, cupcakes and canapés, to hosting successful dinner parties, with classes for children over the school holiday period.

Slattery’s

This cake and chocolate emporium in Whitefield runs a huge range of courses from fun days to advanced skills in all aspects of chocolate, sugarcraft and baking. The five day ‘Essential Slattery Chocolate Experience’ starts from the basics and covers everything from tempering, moulding, flavouring and hand-finishing. Alternatively you could always try a fun half day cake workshop, or send your 8-16 yr olds on the children’s chocoholics course.
