The City Hosts are on the streets seven days a week, 363 days a year, based in the main shopping districts of Market Street, Exchange Square, New Cathedral Street, St Ann's Square and King Street.

They are on hand to guide shoppers, visitors and workers, help with directions, public transport information and details on events taking place in the city centre.

The friendly face of the city, the hosts act as a point of contact for both visitors and retailers. The team's hours are 10am - 7pm.

The City Hosts are managed by Manchester's Business Improvement District, the Manchester BID.
