Lotus Vegetarian Kitchen
With a passion for food, the owners moved to England from Hong Kong in the early 1980’s hoping to introduce the taste from home to more people around the world.
Over the years they have opened a few non-vegetarian Chinese restaurants and take-ways across Manchester, however they felt that it was time to move on and pursue a new dream - to open a Chinese vegetarian restaurant.
