Black Dog Ballroom – New Wakefield Street

Get a taste of the Big Apple without stepping a foot out of Manchester. The south facing Rooftop Lounge at Great John Street Hotel is a collection of elegant rooms looking out onto the hotel’s Rooftop Playground. Although it’s strictly indoors, the Rooftop Lounge boasts floor to ceiling windows which offer fantastic views of the city – perfect for when the night begins to get a little cooler. If you’re willing to splash the cash, the outdoor Rooftop Playground is available to hire with its roomy terrace, hot tub, BBQ area, sun lounges and glass veranda.
