Whether you’re celebrating a foodie, a craft lover or someone who loves a spot of luxury this Mother’s Day, we’ve rounded up some of the best events and packages across the region to give them a day that is truly memorable.

The expert tutors will guide you both through creating a sumptuous vegan roast before you devour it in the informal kitchen setting, because what’s the fun in cooking if you don’t get to eat it? 7. Puppy Yoga

On Sunday 19th March, Paw Yoga is inviting you and your mother, mother figure, or loved one to celebrate Mother's Day at a puppy yoga Mother’s Day special. Stretch out your worries with 30 minutes of yoga, with puppies roaming around, and then enjoy 30 minutes of playtime with a special playlist designed especially for Mother’s Day. Sessions will run at 1 pm and 2 pm on Sunday 19 March.

Treat your mum or mother figure to a feast this Mother’s Day at Zouk. Join Zouk for a special mouth-watering Sunday Roast with an Indian twist, and save mum the washing up. 9. Mother's Day Unlimited Afternoon Tea Buffet

Manchester’s five-star hotel The Lowry is hosting a bottomless afternoon tea this Mother’s Day, which will make her feel like a superstar. The Lowry’s afternoon tea is known to be one of Manchester’s finest. Now it’s getting an exclusive upgrade and you can enjoy unlimited cakes, sandwiches, desserts, scones and live entertainment from local artists Jack Buckley Duo playing upbeat acoustics as well as a magician to entertain little ones. This bottomless afternoon tea will be served in the Grand Ballroom for one day only to make Mother’s Day extra-extravagant.
