Mamucium Restaurant, ideally located near Victoria Station and just a short stroll away from the Arndale Centre, has recently launched its eagerly anticipated brand-new menu, making its debut on Thursday, July 20, 2023.
Drawing inspiration from Manchester's most beloved and comforting dishes, the revamped menu features an array of locally sourced ingredients, promising an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Manchester. There is an assortment of small plates and starters to choose from, such as crispy fried Thai squid, smoked cheese and butterbean croquette, and king prawn and chorizo picante bruschetta.
The main courses are equally enticing, with highlights like the smoked salmon and sea trout fish cake, the flavourful king prawn and chilli linguine, and the hearty braised grass-fed beef and ale pie.
But the culinary adventure doesn't stop there. Mamucium's new menu also features an assortment of pizzas, burgers, and sides, including an extensive selection of vegan and vegetarian options to cater to every palate.
