Co-op Live, the UK’s largest live entertainment arena, is one-step-closer to opening as it today announces the first of many global artists who will perform during its opening season, which will bring a diverse series of global superstars to Manchester.
One of the most successful groups of the 21st century, Jonas Brothers - Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Kevin Jonas - have sold over 20 million albums to date, with two GRAMMY Award nominations, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and 26 Billboard Hot 100 hits under their belts. Set to attract fans from across the country, the announcement comes as the finishing touches are made on the much-anticipated addition to Manchester’s booming music and entertainment scene, set to open in April 2024. This news will be followed by significant announcements about other events at the venue, as the full scale of the venue’s opening season is made public. 25 programmed events have been scheduled for Co-op Live’s opening month with the first three months of the opening season promising a world class and diverse set of talent to perform on the UK’s biggest stage.
Co-op Live, which is a joint venture between Oak View Group and City Football Group, has been designed to transform the live music experience for both artists and fans. The arena will boast an innovative bowl design, lowered ceiling height, and a large standing floor to bring fans closer to artists. The unique space will host the New Jersey-raised trio, celebrating their wide-reaching career already spanning almost two decades.
Co-op Live will be the UK’s most socially responsible arena. It is committed to sustainability, including through all-electric power, zero waste to landfill, and 100% rainwater collection. Bolstering naming rights partner Co-op’s core brand values, Co-op Live will donate at least £1m a year to the Co-op Foundation to deliver on its new youth-led strategy and Co-op’s vision of ‘Co-operating for a fairer world’. This collective effort will be known as ‘Gigs that Give Back’ emphasising the venue and partnership’s commitment to making a positive impact.

Jonas Brothers will perform at Co-op Live in Manchester on 17th June 2024. As part of the venue’s pioneering partnership, Co-op members will gain early access to tickets through a designated presale from Wednesday 2nd August, 10:00. General sale tickets are available through Co-op Live from Friday 4th August, 10:00.
