Pierrot Lunaire is one of the most intense, polarising pieces of music ever written: 21 songs about madness, death and desire.
This Saturday, take a deep dive into the twisted musical world of Arnold Schoenberg with Manchester Collective’s staged production of a 20th century masterpiece that’s equal parts fascinating and terrifying.
Performed to a live audience at the Royal Northern College of Music in 2018, the stream will feature brand new introductions from the artists recorded in isolation.
