Established in 1982 in a former Victorian fish market, Manchester's space for craft, community and making celebrates its 40th anniversary this year

To mark this special occasion, the Centre will be holding a celebration event on Saturday 14th May and everyone is invited! This free event will include live music, food & drink and craft activities alongside an interactive exhibition where you can share your memories, craft something yourself and see how the Centre has evolved since 1982.

Manchester String Quartet will be performing two sets of Manchester classics alongside some 80s favourites from 12.30pm – 1.15pm & 1.30pm – 2.15pm.

The Centre will be open from 10am – 5.30pm with free craft activities from 11am – 3pm.
