The first ball is just under one month away and Manchester is thrilled to welcome seven of the best international teams including six-time champions Australia and previous runners up South Africa. With over 145,000 tickets already sold, the demand for the tournament is higher than ever. This isn’t just a World Cup; it’s a celebration of elite sport.

Cricket fans will be treated to four unmissable fixtures happening at Emirates Old Trafford, kicking off with a double-header on Saturday 13th June, with a home nations clash between Scotland and Ireland, before two cricketing heavyweights in Australia and South Africa meet in the afternoon. South Africa will then head back to Old Trafford to play India on Sunday 21 June in a repeat of the Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 Final, before India return on Thursday 25 June to face Bangladesh. The last action of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 at Old Trafford promises drama, as the final group stage fixture will see Scotland take on Sri Lanka under the lights on Friday 26 June.
