Over three months, the experience unfolds in a series of captivating "Acts," each with a distinct theme and menu. Here’s what to expect: 

ACT 2: A Land of Cockaigne 

A conceptual fast-food diner with wood-fired burgers, ice cream floats, and spritzy grape juice. Think self-service counters, trays, and a playful nod to the future of convenient dining.

ACT 3: A Week of Kindness 

A thoughtful three-course menu inspired by early spring. Simple, fresh dishes prepared with care, paired with wines from small-scale producers.

ACT 4: Luncheon of the Boating Party 

A celebratory feasting menu served family-style at one long communal table. Platters of seasonal vegetables, meats, and fish create a joyful, shared dining experience.
