SUPERMASSIVE, the immersive rooftop experience in Manchester’s Mayfield Depot, will be taking a bow in two weeks. After more than two years of tireless creativity and passion, the team behind the groundbreaking debut show has brought something truly unforgettable to Manchester. Perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk away from Manchester Picadilly train station. There’s something for everyone, so here’s how you can make the most of the last few weeks:

1. Family Friendly sessions every day

Looking for ideas to keep curious kids entertained for the final weeks of summer? SUPERMASSIVE is a great place for a family day out where kids can explore a fully immersive world where every zone has unique play and creation area. Explore sound-re-active environments, tactical controls that shift light and sound around you, kinetic sculptures, and surreal interactive installations. Outside you can find a café and bar serving hot food and drink including a kid’s menu.

2. Calm sessions

On selected weekdays SUPERMASSIVE hosts calm sessions for guests who would prefer quieter sessions. They offer additional space for a more comfortable experience. Guests can access 10+ immersive rooms across the rooftop of Mayfield depot. Each one is uniquely designed to respond to your touch, movement and sound. Some rooms are playful and light-hearted, others more artistic and thought-provoking, all aimed to spark your curiosity.

3. Adults-only night

Looking for something less pub and more mind-bending art and music in a creative hub? Every Friday and Saturday SUPERMASSIVE hosts adult only nights from 7pm. The immersive playground transforms into an 18+ night out perfect for dates, mates and curious minds. A mind-bending mix of art, tech, and play, SUPERMASSIVE is a screen-free zone of sensory exploration, creative control, and unexpected delight. Explore at your own pace, drifting between the immersive experience and vibrant rooftop bar: no time slots, no rules.
