Great Northern’s Favourite Sourdough Bakery Holy Grain Joins Hands With The Crafty Cheese Man And Top Chef Julian Pizer To Launch Brand-new, Pop-up Deli – 3hands

Three of Manchester’s best loved, and most respected food experts have come together during the second national lockdown to launch a brand-new pop-up style deli at Holy Grain, Great Northern.

It’s a winning combination with Holy Grain providing its outstanding breads, The Crafty Cheese Man bringing its high end and frankly delicious craft cheeses and Julian Pizer – Edinburgh Castle and Cottonopolis former executive chef – making his own baked goods, pickles, and ferments. All three crafts will be combined in order to make sandwiches unseen anywhere else in the city and matched with local craft beers and natural wines.

Together, they’ve selected a range of cheeses, charcuterie, olives and crackers which you’ll be able to get your own hands on from Wednesday through to Saturday from 10am – 4:30pm

On the opening of 3 Hands, Centre Director, Mark Schofield, said: “We’re thrilled to see how Holy Grain is adapting its space on the Mews during the second lockdown to create a delicious deli. We work hard to support our independent businesses at Great Northern, and to see them innovating and changing during the toughest of times is such a positive!”

A fantastic way to treat yourself this lockdown whilst supporting local, independent business – it’s certainly one not to be missed!

3Hands can be located at Holy Grain on Deansgate Mews. The bakery will be open and offering takeaway Wednesday – Saturday, 10am – 4:30pm.
