Museum of Illusions × Kimpton Clocktower Hotel

1. Promoter

The competition is promoted by Marketing Manchester (Visit Manchester).

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Marketing Manchester, Museum of Illusions, Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, entrants must:

  • Follow @visitmanchester @kimptonclocktower & @museumofillusions_manchester on the relevant social media platform
  • Like the competition post
  • Repost the competition post

No purchase is necessary.

4. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on the date and time the competition post is published.
  • The competition closes at 12:00pm (midday) on Thursday 1 May 2026.
  • Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive the following prize package:

From Kimpton Clocktower Hotel:

  • One overnight stay for two people in a premium double room at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, Manchester
  • Complimentary breakfast at The Refuge
  • An invite to Kimpton Social Hour
  • One cocktail each during the stay

From Museum of Illusions:

  • Entry for the winner (and guest where applicable) to Museum of Illusions Manchester

6. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed in accordance with partner booking terms.
  • Marketing Manchester reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within 3 working days of the competition closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, Marketing Manchester reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Fulfilment

  • The winner’s contact details will be shared with:
    • Kimpton Clocktower Hotel representatives for hotel prize fulfilment
    • Museum of Illusions representatives for attraction entry

This is strictly for the purpose of administering the prize.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data supplied during this competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment, in line with UK data protection legislation.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties outside of the named partners without the winner’s consent.

10. General

  • Marketing Manchester reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time where legally required.
  • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
