Of Crust and Crumb Artisan Bakery are a small family bakery in Saddleworth based at Albion Farm. After years of home-baking and a few months of farmer's markets experience they have finally been able to open the doors to a real bakery.
Of Crust and Crumb Artisan Bakery make all their own bread from scratch using locally made and fresh ingredients. They supply the bread at local farmer's markets, including Castlefield Artisan, Ashton-Under-Lyne and Eccles. Oliviccio, Topaz Cafe and Horseshoe Farm along with others.
