Your tour departs at 08:45 am from ‘The Transport Interchange’ at Manchester Airport, Manchester M90 3RR. Simply hop on the 24/7 direct Airport shuttle, day return tickets are just £5. This avoids city centre trafic delays so you can enjoy more tourning.

This is sightseeing the way sightseeing is meant to be done! 

Your tour is fully escorted and narrated by a jolly driver who is also your knowledgeable guide full of fun facts. They will invariably by the end of the day, become more of a friend than a tour guide! Passengers are encouraged to participate along the way as much as they are comfortable with, to ensure everyone has a great tour with us.

Enroute, we may pass through the amazing 2,000-year-old City Of Chester, with its Roman heritage and ancient racecourse before hitting the road to the legendary land of Wales on a 60-minute fully-narrated scenic journey.

LLANDUDNO

Arriving at the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno, you will have leisure time to explore the original wooden Pier that stretches out into the sea before we ascend the mighty Great Orme to marvel at the far-reaching views. We then call at the 12th Century hidden chapel of St. Tudno with its Blue Stained-Glass Window, Double Headed Dragon and the Stigmata.

CONWY

Next stop is the historic walled town of Conwy with its commanding Castle. Constructed by the English monarch Edward I between 1283 and 1289 as one of the key fortresses in his ‘Iron Ring’. The castle is renowned as one of the finest examples in the World. (Entry fee applies to access and explore the inner Castle.)

OGWEN VALLEY

Now, brace yourselves for what BusyBus has become known for. (and, we modestly add, have won National awards for) The adventure element of the North Wales tour. As we head into the Snowdonia National Park, using carefully selected routes and taking you well and truly off the beaten track to viewpoints of wonder! You will feel a sense of freedom while you take in the tranquillity of the soaring mountains and vast sprawling landscape as your adventure unfolds at the Ogwen Valley.

BETWS-Y-COED

No trip to North Wales would be complete without a stop at the “capital”, Betws-Y-Coed (prayer-house in the woods). Interestingly, whilst right in the centre of Snowdonia National Park, an exclusion boundary has allowed this fairy-tale town to flourish into the centre of outdoor tourism in Wales.

PONTCYSYLLTE AQUEDUCT

We then pass through Llangollen, the starting station for the famous and still fully-functional steam railway. You can have the opportunity to experience and walk the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, built by Sir Thomas Telford in 1795, this impressive feat of engineering is still taking canal barges across the valley high above the ground to this day.
