About

Set in 1,000 acres of beautiful open Parkland the former Egerton family home is regarded as one of the most complete historic estates in the country and is open for you to explore. As well as seeing life above and below stairs in the Mansion, visitors can  uncover centuries of history at the Tudor Old Hall. They  can wander at leisure through the impressive formal Gardens and take the family to meet the rare breed animals at the working Farm. In the Stableyard there are high quality shops and restaurants, while the Parkland provides the setting for picnics, cycling, sailing, horse riding or a relaxing country walk. There are over 100 events each year at Tatton, ranging from major festivals and fairs to family shows and learning activities.

Stableyard shopping and dining includes several shops and a quality restaurant specialising in fresh local produce and a new Gardener's Cottage tea room which combine to make Tatton Park a perfect day out.

Tatton Park welcomes groups of all ages and interests who enjoy discounted entry to the attractions and free coach entry. Whether on  a full day, half-day or just stopping off for a bite to eat our group booking department can organise an itinerary to make sure you get the most of your time here. Opening times

Parkland - Open daily 10am to 7pm (last entry 6pm) 

Farm - Open Tuesday to Sunday 12pm to 5pm (last entry 4pm) also open Bank Holidays.Closed 17-21 July

Gardens - Open daily 10am to 6pm (last entry 5pm). 

Mansion - Open Wednesday to Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays 1pm to 5pm (last entry 4pm)  

Stables Restaurant - Open daily 10am to 5pm

Gardener's Cottage - Open daily 10am to 5pm

Tatton Shops - Open daily 11am to 5pm
